How It Works

- Minimum Order: 20 people

- Each Combo Includes: One breakfast wrap or one breakfast bowl, and one dessert - Pricing: Wrap or Bowl Combo: $15 per person

- Optional Add-On: Hot Coffee ($3 per cup, minimum 20 cups) 

Main Options

Breakfast Wraps (Choose up to two types):

1. Linguica, Egg, and Cheese Wrap: Sautéed linguica, scrambled eggs, and melted cheese with a hint of smoky paprika.

2. Sweet Potato & Black Bean Wrap (Vegan): Roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned black beans, sautéed spinach, and avocado crema.

3. Steak, Egg, and Hash Brown Wrap: Grilled steak, scrambled eggs, crispy hash browns, and a drizzle of spicy aioli. 

Breakfast Bowls:

1. Linguica & Egg Bowl: Scrambled eggs, sautéed linguica, and jag (Cape Verdean beans & rice). o

2. Sweet Potato & Chickpea Bowl (Vegan): Roasted sweet potatoes, spiced chickpeas, and sautéed kale. t

3. Steak & Egg Bowl: Scrambled eggs, grilled steak strips, and crispy hash browns.
